24-Hour Audio Teller
ART (Audio Response Teller) is a 24-hour audio teller. ART allows you to transfer funds, check share balances, review which checks have cleared, and so much more – 24 hours a day! To get set up for this free service, simply call the number below. You can also call any of our branches and one of our staff members would be happy to guide you.

Debit Cards
Your debit card works just like a check and can be used at millions of business establishments that accept Mastercard.
When you use your debit card to make a purchase, the amount is debited from your checking account. You can also use the card at thousands of ATMs worldwide to get cash or to verify your balance.
How It Works
If you have lost your Debit Card, please call 1-800-369-5016 immediately to report it. Then call the Credit Union during regular office hours to discuss your options.


Order Checks
802 Credit Union gives you four easy ways to order checks.
- Fill out your reorder form and drop it in the mail to any of our branches.
- Call our Member Service Center to order via phone.
- Fill out a form the next time you visit any of our branch locations.
- Log in to Harland Clarke. If you have any changes to your order or haven’t ordered within the last 12 months, this service will not be available to you.
For accuracy and quality purposes, we prefer that you order from Harland Clarke. If you are ordering from another check printer, be sure to provide them with the correct routing number and account number (including check digit), otherwise your checks may have to be cleared manually and be subject to a fee. If you are uncertain what information to provide, give us a call.
Lost or Stolen Card
If you have lost your Debit Card, please call 1-800-369-5016 immediately to report it. Then call the Credit Union during regular office hours to discuss your options.
If you have lost your VISA® Credit Card, please call 1-800-433-0505 immediately to report it. Then call the Credit Union during office hours to discuss your options.


Skip a Loan Payment
Now you can skip a loan payment when the time is right for you – once every 12 months – during the month of your choice. Use the cash to shop for the holidays, pay your taxes, save up for a large purchase, or just plain catch up!
Here’s how to skip a payment:
- Most consumer loans are eligible. Loans that ARE NOT ELIGIBLE include: mortgage, home equity, and VISA® Credit Cards.
- All your loans must be current and must be at least 6 months old.
- When you skip a payment, your loan term will be extended by one month. This can increase the total interest you pay over the life of the loan. Regular payments resume the following month.
- Print and fill out the skip a loan payment form and send/fax it to us at least 30 days in advance of the loan payment due date you would like to skip.
Statement Balancing
How to balance your checkbook:
- Compare the checks and deposits listed on your statement with the checks and deposits entered in your checkbook register. Put a check mark next to all entries that appear on both sides.
- List the check number and amount of any checks recorded in your check register that are not listed on your statement. Fill in the blank lines with the ending balance shown on your statement, any deposits from your register not shown on the statement, and the total amount of outstanding checks as shown at the bottom of the left-hand column. Do the math to come up with your adjusted ending balance.


Direct Deposit & Payroll
If you want to set up an electronic direct deposit, we can help fulfill your needs.
You can have your whole paycheck deposited or have a portion of your pay, designated by you, sent to any account that you choose. You set this up with your employer.
If your direct deposit is sent to us early, you could receive your funds up to 2 days early.
